I am a guy who travels for a living.  I travel by car in the southeastern USA.  I know this sounds crazy but I have the hardest time finding women who are interested in hopping in the sack.  I am not terrible to look at.  I even flirt and they flirt back.  I have tried to use Craigslist but all I get is spam or call girls.  What does a guy have to do?
